Direct Debit

We have a comprehensive range of options enabling you to spread the cost of eyecare. Typically a regular low monthly direct debit e.g. £5.95 which covers you for all examinations will enable you to purchase spectacles at significantly reduced rates.

12 month warranty

All products are warranted for 12 months unless special manufacturers arrangements extend this.

60 day refund/exchange

If you are not entirely happy with a product that you have chosen we will replace or refund accordingly. This does not affect you statutory rights.

Service

All spectacles need adjustment to ensure comfort and good vision. Such adjustments are part of the service.

Second pair discounts

If within 30 days you decide to purchase a second pair of spectacles to the same prescription you will receive a 30% discount on this purchase (includes re-glazing suitable existing frames).*

Contact lens wearers

If you have contact lenses from this practice on a payment scheme you are entitled to a discount off all prescription spectacles.

Complaints

We take service to our patients very seriously. In the event of any dissatisfaction please raise this with any member of staff at the earliest opportunity, who will deal with your complaint. The practice is a member of the independent OCCS arbitration service.

Professional staff are registered with their appropriate professional association and with the Health Authority.
