A rare chance to see the complete range of one of the world’s iconic eyewear brands will be offered at Hereford’s BBR Optometry in September.
The UK brand ambassador for Anne et Valentin will be at the St Owen Street optometry practice providing style consultations and a rare chance to see the complete range of the company’s acclaimed handmade spectacles.
Anne et Valentin was formed by the couple in 1984, with its design and handmade manufacturing based in Toulouse, France.
“We create nothing that doesn’t already exist within you. We make eyewear – it’s in our blood. We believe a frame should not only flatter and complement but express who you really are. Our purpose is to express the essence of every individual through their choice of eyewear. Each time you put on your frame, you present yourself to the world just as you are” – Anne et Valentin.
BBR Optometry will be open from 8:45am until 7pm on Tuesday, 4 September for a special open day dedicated to the brand.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming Anne et Valentin’s UK's brand ambassador. This is a rare chance for our customers and fans of the eyewear collection to have a style consultation from someone at the brand and to view the complete range of frames,” said Daniel Read, practice manager.
Frames designed by Anne et Valentin are made from a range of materials, including acetate, metal and a combo. It also has its Sun and Superkids ranges.
The frames are designed to be of the highest quality while simple in design, with a mix of geometric cuts, colours and materials.
Anyone wanting a consultation is recommended to book in advance, although some walk-in opportunities will be available.
During August and September there will also be a special offer of a free upgrade from Rodenstock Multigressive to Impression lenses.
The Impression progressive lenses are adapted to modern lifestyles. If you have an active lifestyle, travel a great deal and do a lot of sports, or your life characterised by travelling and working on a laptop, then the custom-made progressive lens is ideal.
