The Herefordshire Business Awards 2018 celebrate the achievements of Herefordshire's independent businesses large or small across the County.

The Awards are a celebration of talent and success rewarding Herefordshire’s high achievers, inspirational leaders and growing businesses.

“We’re very proud to have been shortlisted for two of the top awards in this year’s awards. We pride ourselves on our customer service and that has been recognised by our place among seven finalists in this category,” said BBR Optometry chairman, Nicholas Rumney.

“Recognition of our investment and use of the latest technology at our practice is also welcome. We understand that using such technology ensures we provide our patients with the best possible optometry services in the area.

“It also ensures we can identify and resolve eyesight issues quickly and efficiently.”

Finalists in the Customer Services Provider of the Year Award must have “demonstrated excellence and commitment in all areas of customer service.”

The Judges are looking for evidence that can demonstrate:

A strong record of serving their target customer set. This can include B2B, such as communications or media, and direct to consumer businesses, such as restaurants, bars and hairdressers.

An exceptional level of service demonstrated with evidence of strong customer engagement.

In the Best Use of Technology of the Year Award the finalists must be “companies at the forefront of technological advances in any aspect of their business activity.”

We’re looking forward to the finals on 5 October 2018 at The Three Counties Hotel in Hereford.
